YouTube - Everything Shii Knows

YouTube may seem like a good idea, but it is actually a force for evil in the world. YouTube feeds our tanha with miniature dramas, short funny clips, and tiny outrages and exposés, quickly forgotten. It is the mindset of the sound bite glorified and enlarged into its own staple of American culture.

[edit] YouTube is not itself a revolution

YouTube visitors could just as easily go to Revver, or download video directly from the websites that produces it (Dreamhost has a nifty tool for doing this). Rather, YouTube is merely the most popular incarnation of the video clip.

I haven't written all the sections on this page yet. I intend to finish it later.

Some people even think YouTube replaces movies.
